1. Return Service
Return Conditions
Return without reason: If you are not satisfied with the foldable portable water bucket you purchased, you can apply for a return without reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. The returned product must be kept in a new and unused state, and all accessories and packaging (including outer packaging cartons, internal protective materials, product manuals, etc.) must be complete and undamaged, and will not affect secondary sales. If the product has been used, the packaging is missing, or there is human damage, no reason for return will be processed.
Return due to quality problems: If the product has quality problems, such as water leakage, material damage, missing parts, etc., you can apply for a return at any time without the 14-day time limit. Quality problems must be verified and confirmed by our professionals. If the problem is caused by improper use, human damage, etc., it will not be considered a quality problem.

Return process
Application: Please contact the customer service staff to explain the reason for the return, order number and personal information. The customer service will provide you with a return application link or guide you to fill out the return application form, and will provide you with a return authorization code after the review is passed.
Return: After obtaining the return authorization code, you need to bear the return shipping fee, properly pack the goods to ensure that they are not damaged during transportation, and attach the return application form and send it back to the return address we specify.
Acceptance and refund: We will inspect the goods within 2 working days after receiving the returned goods. If the return conditions are met, the payment will be refunded in the original way according to your original payment method within 7 working days after the acceptance. If you use special payment methods such as coupons and gift cards, the refund will be returned to the original payment account first. If it cannot be returned in the original way, we will negotiate with you for other refund methods.

2. Exchange service
Exchange conditions
Exchange for product problems: If there are quality problems with the received goods, you can apply for a replacement. We will replace you with a new product of the same model.
Exchange for non-quality problems: Within 14 days after receiving the goods, if you need to exchange for non-quality reasons such as color and size, you can apply for a replacement if the goods are in stock. The exchanged goods must also be kept in a new and unused state, and all accessories and packaging must be complete.
Exchange process
Application: Same as the return application process, explain the reason for exchange, order number and personal information through the customer service channel, and apply for exchange. After the customer service review is passed, we will provide you with exchange operation instructions.
Return and delivery: You need to send the original product back to the designated address first. After we receive the product and confirm that it is correct, we will re-deliver it to you within 3 working days. If there is additional shipping cost due to the exchange (such as changing to a product of different weight or delivery area), you need to bear it.

3. Freight cost
For returns or exchanges caused by product quality problems, we will bear the return shipping cost. You can advance the shipping cost to send the product back, keep the shipping invoice or receipt, and after completing the return or exchange process, we will return the shipping cost through the original payment method.

4. Special situation description
Customized products: For customized foldable portable buckets (such as products with special patterns or texts), if there is no quality problem, no reason return and non-quality problem exchange are not supported.
Promotional items: Products participating in promotional activities, such as limited-time discounts, discounts for purchases above, etc., if they meet the return and exchange conditions, will be processed in accordance with the above return and exchange policy. However, if the order no longer meets the promotion conditions due to return or exchange, we will deduct the corresponding discount amount from the refund.
